HarmonyTech is hiring a Program Manager to support the Defense Health Agency and manage project communications with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Government staff. The role oversees project implementation, resources, milestones, deliverables, issue tracking, schedules, upgrades, migrations, and reporting. It requires at least 10 years of program management experience, technical and supervisory experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
