HDR is hiring an executive-level Program Manager to lead delivery of a complex Waste program across the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. The role oversees multidisciplinary consultant and construction teams, program execution, governance, contract compliance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, client relationships, and staff mentoring across the full infrastructure program lifecycle. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and substantial program or project management experience involving large capital programs, plus leadership, communication, alternative delivery, and program management systems expertise.
