HEC Paris, Doha is hiring a full-time Program Manager to report to the Head of Delivery, Degree Programs. The role leads end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats; manages academic administration, participant records, grading, stakeholder communication, quality and risk processes, and program budgets. Candidates need a master’s degree in business administration, management, education, or a related discipline, at least 8 years of relevant program, project, or event management experience, and strong organizational, stakeholder-management, communication, and project-management skills. The position requires local and international travel and flexibility to adjust working hours.
