Description
HeiTech Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal disability-related program for service members. The role oversees approximately 25 professionals across policy analysis, data analysis, quality assurance, records management, research, reporting, communications, and administrative support; coordinates with government stakeholders and HeiTech corporate managers; manages staffing, contracts, quality, risks, deliverables, and transition activities; and ensures compliance with federal policies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, at least 10 years of program management experience, and at least five years supervising staff. Compensation is $125,000-$145,000, with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and additional benefits.
