Description
The role manages large-scale infrastructure programs and multiple construction projects, including planning design alternatives, defining scope and deliverables, coordinating project teams and vendors, managing budgets and fiscal controls, identifying and mitigating risks, reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design, quality, environmental, safety, and occupational-health requirements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 20 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs, extensive water and wastewater construction-management experience, government or utility-program experience, international work experience, and strong communication skills.
