Hill International is hiring an Aviation Program Manager in Phoenix, Arizona for a full-time onsite role leading an embedded program management team supporting a major aviation client's capital improvement program. The position serves as the senior Hill representative to client leadership, directs program strategy, contract performance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, QVL vendor management, and program controls, while managing Hill staff and QVL consultants. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressively responsible program, contract, or construction management experience including 3 years in client-facing leadership, and experience with complex multi-project capital programs in aviation, transportation, or comparable public infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include public aviation or transportation agency experience, Oracle Primavera P6, TSheets, SBE/DBE compliance knowledge, and PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification.
