Hill International is hiring an Aviation Program Manager in Phoenix, Arizona for a full-time onsite role leading an embedded program management team supporting a major aviation client's capital program. The position serves as the senior Hill representative to client leadership, directs program objectives, contract performance, budget and cost reporting, QVL and staff management, SBE/DBE compliance, and program controls using Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressively responsible program, contract, or construction management experience including 3 years in client-facing leadership, and experience with complex multi-project capital programs in aviation, transportation, or comparable public infrastructure.
