Horizon Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Mission Street Recovery Station in San Jose. The role supervises direct-service personnel in a residential sobering and substance-use treatment setting, overseeing hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, client care, crisis intervention, safety, compliance, inventory, and referrals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or related education and experience, at least three years of residential treatment experience, two years supervising staff, and two years training staff; it also requires CPR/First Aid certification, a valid California driver’s license, and car insurance.
