HSO is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex business transformation and technology initiatives, particularly D365 F&O programs, from planning through delivery. The role coordinates clients, executives, and delivery teams; manages programs, resources, risks, budgets, change management, and stakeholder relationships; and mentors project managers, technical leads, business analysts, and other team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, extensive D365 ERP and large ERP/CRM project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with project methodologies, financial management, and business processes.
