HyperLight is looking for a Program Manager to lead projects related to thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) integrated photonics. This role involves overseeing project planning, resource management, and performance tracking, collaborating with various internal teams like Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, and ensuring timely delivery of cutting-edge chiplets for critical customers. The manager will also focus on improving communication and documentation among cross-functional teams.
