Description
ICEYE is hiring a permanent Program Manager for its Missions Line of Business in Munich or Berlin, Germany. The role manages complex satellite mission programs from contract execution through delivery, coordinating engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams while maintaining customer relationships, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and escalations, and establishing scalable program governance. The position requires 5–10 years of experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs, strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills, fluent German, security clearance eligibility, and a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Regular travel to Espoo and customer sites is required.
