Description
Illumia is hiring a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic programs. The role coordinates Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and other functions; maintains status reporting, risk registers, milestones, and dependencies; surfaces risks and blockers; holds workstream owners accountable; and drives process improvements. The position reports to the Senior Director, Program Management, is part of the COO’s Program Management team, and is hybrid for local employees in Alpharetta, Georgia, or Scottsdale, Arizona. The base salary is $70,000-$98,400, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
