INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines. The role collaborates with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams; coordinates review meetings; improves workflows and candidate experience; tracks throughput and quality metrics; manages candidate and stakeholder communication; and drives adoption of review tools. The position requires at least four years of program management, coordination, recruiting, or operations experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience influencing cross-functional teams.
