InterSystems is hiring a Program Manager to lead senior implementation projects using the InterSystems methodology, serving as the customer-facing escalation point and overseeing Project Managers and project teams. The role manages multiple projects, governance, scope, resources, budgets, risks, communications, implementation partners, and customer success, while reporting to the Implementation Director. Candidates need at least 10 years of project or program management experience, including complex healthcare ERP/HIS implementations and full project lifecycles; InterSystems technology experience is preferred. The estimated base salary is $121,000–$180,000 USD, with medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
