Description
The Program Director will lead the operational and strategic direction of JWCH’s Tiny Home Project, overseeing case management, program monitors, security, housekeeping, and other support staff. The role coordinates interdisciplinary client services, training, documentation, compliance, quality improvement, reporting, and community engagement while supporting clients’ transition toward independent living. Applicants need a master’s degree in a healthcare, human services, or social work-related field or 3–5+ years of relevant managerial experience, along with experience in homeless and behavioral health services, interdisciplinary teamwork, and Los Angeles County homelessness programs.
