Precision Fuzing and Sensors is hiring a Program Manager in Middletown, Connecticut to manage Legacy Production, New Product Development, and IR&D/Engineering programs. The role oversees program schedules, budgets, milestones, contractual requirements, customer and government communications, engineering and test activities, cost reduction, and program documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, 7–10 years of program management and manufacturing operations experience, and the ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance.
