Description
Karman Space & Defense is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex defense programs involving missile, propulsion, launch, payload, and defense-system hardware. The role owns cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, and customer performance; develops program plans and metrics; coordinates engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, contracts, finance, and test teams; manages risks and program reviews; and supports qualification, production, delivery, proposals, estimates, negotiations, and program growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business program management, or a related field, at least five years of experience in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or similar complex technical programs, and a current DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
