Karman Space & Defense is hiring a Program Manager to lead aerospace and defense programs from planning and development through qualification, production, delivery, and contract completion. The role owns cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, and customer objectives; coordinates engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, contracts, finance, and test stakeholders; manages risks and program reviews; and supports proposals, estimates, negotiations, and follow-on opportunities. The position reports to the Integrated Product Lead and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant program experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
