Description
Karman Space & Defense is hiring a Defense Program Manager to lead missile, propulsion, launch, payload, and defense-system programs from planning through qualification, production, delivery, and contract completion. The role owns cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, and customer performance; coordinates cross-functional execution; manages risks and program changes; supports design and test reviews; and interfaces with customers, government stakeholders, suppliers, and internal leadership. The position requires frequent travel to California and Utah facilities, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of complex technical-program experience, and a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
