KBR is hiring an on-site Program Manager in Maine to support the Kingpin Program Office as a project lead and operational coordinator. The role oversees acquisition activities, team onboarding and security processing, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Confluence environments, acquisition documentation, task management, operational oversight, gap analysis, risk identification, and business-process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, at least 10 years of acquisition or program management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and an active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility; DoD acquisition experience, PMP certification, and government or defense leadership experience are preferred.
