The role manages contracts, budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, risk, compliance, customer service, and cross-functional delivery while supporting continuous facility infrastructure availability. It requires extensive program management and intelligence community experience, relevant professional certifications, and an active TS/SCI U.S. security clearance with counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance. The position is onsite 100% and contingent upon contract award.

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive program management and progressive leadership experience
At least 10 years of relevant program management and Intelligence Community experience managing a large multi-disciplinary workforce
Experience in 24x7 mission-critical facilities operations and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of formal management and team leadership experience
5 years of business strategy experience
5 years of project execution planning, scheduling, and budgeting experience
