Description
The Program Manager will manage academic and student-services program activities for the California Renewable Energy Laboratory (CREL), a Kern Community College District initiative. The role oversees multiple clean energy, grid resilience, advanced transportation, and high-performance buildings projects; manages budgets and expenditures; supervises support staff; coordinates outreach, orientations, seminars, workshops, meetings, reporting, and student services; and collaborates with colleges, DOE national laboratories, industry, and public-agency stakeholders. A bachelor's degree and two years of related experience are required. The annual salary range is $88,715.07 to $125,352.08, with a maximum entry-level salary of $93,206.27.
