Description
Keel is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate and monitor performance across assigned program platforms, serving as a liaison between fabrication partners, leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders. The role tracks program measurables, risks, schedules, work orders, budgets, technical documentation, and milestones; recommends resources; solves program issues; and may lead project managers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of program-management experience in manufacturing or production, leadership experience, and familiarity with Microsoft tools and ERP systems.
