Description
Koniag IT Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a comprehensive enterprise IT operations and support engagement for a federal customer in Washington, DC. The role serves as the primary contractor interface to the Contracting Officer's Representative and Contracting Officer, overseeing program governance, Agile delivery, staffing, quality, compliance, transition planning, and service-level performance across network operations, help desk, network engineering, Microsoft infrastructure, AI integration, platform operations, application support, and automation. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive IT program or project management experience, including federal IT operations experience, and the ability to obtain a background investigation, HSPD-12 PIV credentials, and IT access authorizations.
