The role serves as the primary liaison between the contractor team and the Government, manages complex technical deliverables and project tasks, coordinates senior-level client and contractor communications, develops mission and operational plans, and supports capital outlay and strategic prioritization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant experience, three years of program management experience with DoD military or civilian customers, and strong communication and project management skills.
