Description
The Program Manager leads strategic, multi-project IT programs across business units, geographies, technologies, and delivery partners. The role establishes program governance, integrated plans, financial controls, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, change and benefits leadership, and delivery assurance, while directing project managers and workstream leads. It requires at least seven years of project management experience, including three years leading programs, along with PMP or an approved equivalent certification, PgMP certification or a commitment to achieve it within 12 months, and prior experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or technology consultancy environments.
