Description
L3Harris is hiring an experienced Sr. Specialist, Program Manager for production solid rocket motor and warhead programs at its Camden, Arkansas facility. The role leads program planning, execution, strategy, cost, schedule, technical performance, customer reviews, negotiations, follow-on proposals, and coordination with production, supply chain, quality, procurement, and financial teams. It requires DoD contract execution, Earned Value Management, manpower planning, milestone scheduling, PM tools, and financial management experience, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. The schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week, with up to 25% business travel.
