L3Harris is hiring a Senior Special Program Manager in Mason, Ohio to lead complex aerospace and defense development and production programs from commercialization through full-rate production. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and contracts; manages schedules, risks, suppliers, materials, and production readiness; and prepares executive and customer communications. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related experience, or ten years of experience without a degree, and must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
