Description
The Program Manager will lead a global process for order readiness and preslot milestone management in alignment with production planning. The role coordinates with sales operations, product groups, engineering, and order fulfillment teams; resolves readiness issues using the Lam Management System; validates configuration accuracy; tracks progress through dashboards and reports; and improves order readiness processes using SAP and production planning tools. The position is based in Villach, Austria, with a flexitime schedule of 38.5 hours per week and requires a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a master's degree with 6+ years, plus 3+ years of project or program management experience.
