Linchpin Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT). The Program Manager will be responsible for overall program execution, ensuring all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are met across cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role involves overseeing personnel, training delivery, quality assurance, and information security compliance, serving as the primary interface with government representatives, and managing data deliverables and reporting. The position requires on-site work at Quantico, VA, with limited travel, and requires an active DoD Secret Clearance.
