Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Manager to lead Microelectronics Focus Area development programs from inception through completion. The role manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, contracts, customer commitments, risk, and cross-functional execution across engineering, finance, contracts, planning, supply chain, subcontractors, and internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Orlando, Florida, or Dallas, Texas, requires U.S. citizenship and a US-DOD Secret Clearance, and offers a full-time salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 plus benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related discipline
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of Program Management, Project Management, or related experience in aerospace, defense, microelectronics, or advanced technology
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Procurement, and Operations activities
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, OpenPlan, SAP, or other scheduling and financial management systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting technology transition from development to production or operational use
Familiarity with IR, RF, and/or Power systems
Experience with government laboratories, DoD customers, or federally funded research organizations
Exposure to semiconductor development environments, PDKs, ADKs, and EDA tools
