Description
Loft Federal is hiring a customer-facing Program Manager to support execution of federal and national security space programs and customer contracts. The role coordinates leadership, engineering, mission teams, contracts, finance, security, subcontractors, and customers; tracks commitments, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and technical readiness; supports contract compliance, customer reviews, financial tracking, proposals, and process improvement. It targets an early- to mid-career candidate with at least three years of relevant program-based experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
