Description

Lufco is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Aberdeen, Maryland, with onsite or hybrid work. The role leads complex defense engineering and operational programs across AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, SIGINT, cross-domain systems, and fielded communications; manages government stakeholders, contracts, schedules, budgets, risks, quality control, and technical teams; and requires active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent DoD program management experience is required, along with 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience in DoD engineering, C5ISR, or intelligence warfare programs.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field; 4+ years of direct DoD program management experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of progressive Program/Project Manager experience leading complex DoW engineering, C5ISR, or intelligence spectrum warfare programs.
Experience managing CPFF and FFP contract line items.
Experience establishing and managing Quality Control Plans and tracking contract deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
Technical familiarity with AI/ML integration, cloud computing, SIGINT systems, data science frameworks, or cross-domain solutions.
Experience overseeing CUI-compliant lab facilities or integration spaces supporting Aberdeen Proving Ground.
Experience with Service Contract Reporting via SAM.gov and Wide Area Workflow platforms.
