TAPFIN is hiring a Program Manager to oversee the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for an assigned client. The role manages subvendor and supplier programs, requisition fulfillment, job placement, contract negotiations, client and supplier relationships, performance reviews, software implementation, account profitability, and department staff. It requires at least five years of experience in vendor, general management, or account management within a staffing company, including three years of supervisory experience, along with negotiation, communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills. Moderate to significant travel may be required.
