Medivet is seeking a Program Manager to lead the CRM and website transformation initiative. This role involves overseeing the effective delivery of the digital roadmap, mobilizing stakeholders, establishing program governance, managing delivery partners, owning program scope and budget, embedding change management, optimizing the pet-owner journey, championing a customer-first approach, acting as a senior integrator across various departments, ensuring KPI clarity, implementing best practices, and proactively managing risks.
