Meta Superintelligence Labs is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning and end-to-end production of org offsites, launch celebrations, and large-scale leadership summits. The role partners with senior leaders, executive assistants, cross-functional teams, and external vendors; manages event strategy, budgets, venues, vendors, logistics, stakeholder communication, playbooks, and post-event analysis; and requires experience with executive and large-scale events, distributed teams, hybrid formats, AI tools, and responsible AI practices.
