Methode Electronics is hiring a program leadership role to serve as the primary customer interface and lead multiple programs across engineering, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and quality. The position focuses on program reviews, schedule/cost/technical tracking, risk and change management, cross-functional execution, and series production support including claims, continuous improvement, and profitability management. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience are required, with a master’s preferred and experience in molding, stamping, grazing, and CNC welding preferred. The role is based in the United States, requires travel up to 30%, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
