Description
The Program Manager oversees Mettler Toledo’s Key Account Project Management Team and directly manages strategic key account projects using PMP principles. The role governs project methodologies and resources, coaches Project Managers, manages projects through the full lifecycle, serves as a technical subject matter expert, supports customer and internal technical activities, participates in FATs and testing, develops training and standard operating procedures, and travels to customer sites as needed. The position requires at least five years of project management experience, a bachelor’s-equivalent technical experience in project management or engineering, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet difficult deadlines.
