MIKEL is hiring a Program Manager to support the TSUB Combat System Contract Program Office - PMS 425. The role manages major Navy programs, systems development, research, and technology initiatives, including program definition, technical planning, milestones, schedules, budgets, costs, risk assessments, and resource negotiations. Candidates need at least five years of Navy program management experience, two years of Navy engineering support experience, an active Secret clearance, and familiarity with the BYG-1 submarine combat system. The position is remote with daily core-business-hour support from the Washington, DC metro area and requires U.S. citizenship.
