Mindlance is hiring an Integrated Delivery Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and support of complex healthcare product solution implementations across multiple internal development teams. The role coordinates business stakeholders and delivery teams, manages integrated delivery plans, dependencies, risks, status reporting, deployments, operational rollouts, and continuous improvement, while also supporting pre-sales analysis and cost estimation. It requires 6+ years of healthcare experience and 10+ years of program management experience for large software implementations, along with strong technical, project management, communication, and regulatory knowledge. The position is 100% remote with approximately 10% travel.
