Minth is hiring a Program Manager to oversee automotive programs, manage project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and deliverables, and coordinate program teams, customers, and cross-functional functions. The role supports product design, APQP, TS-16949 compliance, early product builds, and assembly-plant launches, and requires a technical degree, at least three years of relevant experience, risk and financial-analysis expertise, full-cycle automotive engineering knowledge, and Japanese-English bilingual ability. Worldwide travel is required.
