Mission Australia is hiring a Program Manager to lead four homelessness and housing-support services in Darwin: the Tenancy Sustainability Program, Mission Australia Supported Accommodation, Housing for Young People Program, and Tailored Support Coordination Service. The role supervises 11 direct reports, oversees program performance, budgets, financial reporting, compliance, case management, stakeholder relationships, service quality, workforce planning, and operational risk. It requires relevant social work or human services qualifications or equivalent experience, leadership and financial management capability, knowledge of tenancy and housing support, strong stakeholder engagement skills, cultural competency in the Darwin region, and a full unrestricted driver licence. The position is on-site, pays $123,782 plus super and NFP salary packaging benefits, and requires police, qualification, referee, and child/vulnerable-people clearance checks.
