Description
Mitacs is hiring a Program Manager for a one-year full-time contract to lead the planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of multiple organizational transformation programs under the Transformation Management Office, including the Enterprise Transformation (MET) portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Transformation, manages vendors and a small project management and delivery team, and uses Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe. Candidates need at least 8 years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, 5 years managing Project Managers or similar roles, relevant certifications, and experience with large portfolios, budgets, governance, and external consulting partners. The hiring range is $103,105 to $115,235.
