Mizuho is hiring a Program Manager to support the Executive Director in managing Cyber Security portfolio initiatives across local New York and head-office-related programs. The role manages cyber project intake and prioritization, prepares executive portfolio reporting on status, risk, budget, and delivery, performs governance and quality checks on program artifacts, and communicates with senior stakeholders. Candidates need significant experience delivering major cross-functional initiatives in complex financial institutions, regulatory change management, cyber or information security intake and prioritization, portfolio reporting, governance, project management methodologies and tools, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strong written and oral communication.
