MobilizeGreen is hiring a Program Manager to lead an overnight, travel-based youth conservation program. The role manages 2–3 Program Coordinators, oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, crew supervision, safety, logistics, financial oversight, program evaluation, and stakeholder relationships. It is based in Washington, D.C. or remotely, with approximately 15% travel required and a three-month trial period from October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, followed by a permanent position funded through August 2028 if accepted.
