Moog is hiring a Program Manager to provide centralized governance and support for organizational programs, aligning multiple interrelated projects with group enablement strategies. The role covers program planning, governance, risk and dependency management, financial forecasting, stakeholder coordination, change and benefits tracking, resource allocation, and mentoring project managers and other program participants. The position is remote from Böblingen, Germany and requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–7+ years of project or program management experience, 3+ years of people-leader or coaching experience, program-management framework knowledge, vendor and budget experience, strong stakeholder communication, and fluent English.
