Description
The World Class Planning Strategy Enterprise Lead will oversee and manage the World Class Planning Strategy across all Regional Maintenance Centers, develop planning policy and operational changes, advise senior leadership on surface ship depot maintenance and modernization planning, and lead workforce capability, planning products, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires coordination with directors, department heads, business agents, and project teams, analysis of planning performance, and implementation of policy updates aligned with NAVSEA technical authority. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, suitable for federal employment, obtain and maintain a security clearance, and have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band or GS-11 equivalent leading program development and process improvement for contracted ship maintenance.
