New York Edge is seeking a Program Manager to oversee 7-9 after-school programs across the five boroughs, ensuring contract compliance, implementing enrichment activities, and fostering school partnerships. The role involves supervising Program Directors, collaborating with the recruitment team, managing program activities, and overseeing recordkeeping, reporting, and budgeting. The Program Manager will also plan events, participate in organizational initiatives, and provide training to site staff, reporting to the Borough Director of Program Operations.
