Description
NextSilicon is hiring a Program Manager to lead the complete lifecycle of its silicon development program, from architecture through tapeout. The role manages cross-functional hardware teams, the hardware roadmap, stage-gate processes, project monitoring, reporting, risk management, and process improvements, while partnering with Architecture, RTL Design, and Design Verification leads. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of technical program or project management experience, and experience leading silicon development programs.
