Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for contract performance. The role manages and coordinates Contractor and subcontractor activities, facilitates Government-Contractor communication, tracks contract requirements and performance, monitors project status, supports financial and business management processes, and identifies contractual, programmatic, schedule, staffing, and resource risks. The position requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and relevant program, workforce-planning, and contract financial-management experience. Compensation is $99,000-$206,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and additional insurance benefits.
